i find it weirdly disappointing/sad that they don't just have their own agency in the way that males do. that basically their lives have to be directed and decided by a male instead, or else they don't know what to do. as if they're just automations in total submission to a male partner. like wtf is that? i really wish it weren't true. please tell me it's not true.
